Brush your teeth twice a day. It should not be used more than 3 times a day. Try not to swallow the toothpaste while brushing and spit out the toothpaste after brushing. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. If you experience swelling in your mouth or face, stop using it immediately and see your dentist. Sensitive teeth may be an indication of a problem that requires treatment from a dentist without delay. Keep out of reach of children. It should not be used in children under 12 years of age unless recommended by a dentist or physician. If your complaints continue, consult a dentist.
