Usage Recommendation

• For best results, use twice a day, in the morning and evening, after brushing your teeth.
• Pour 20 ml (4 teaspoons of 5 ml) into a glass.
• Rinse your teeth and gums for 30 seconds and spit.
• Use 10 ml for children between the ages of 6 and 12.

Warnings

• Not suitable for children under 6 years old.
• Should be used by children over 6 years of age under adult supervision.
• Do not dilute the product, do not drink from the bottle or swallow.
